Smitha was a successful business owner in India, her country of
origin. When she moved to the United States to be with her husband
Rahul,

possible. Used to working hard to get their own results, Smitha and
Rahul chose
real estate because they wanted to help families find their dream home. Smitha
and Rahul said, "We wanted to have a successful career, but
still have enough time to spend with our family." They have two
young children, Simrin, 9 years old and Rhea, 7 years old. Diligent
and industrious, they earned their real estate licenses and went to work.
Smitha, Rahul and their team have always capitalized on new advances in
technology. “We were the very
